According to proceedings reported in court, the EFCC sought to revoke Rebecca's bail and requested that she remain in custody until 26 October 2026. The court declined the application. Dr. Rebecca Omokamo Godwin-Isaac that she has been left without access to water, electricity, cooking gas and adequate food for five consecutive days while remaining inside her residence in Guzape, Abuja.
